Congratulations on the highest marks for your chicken soup and matzo balls! Having just finished reading your book, I know that your food is not always so well received. I'm in the same boat in my home but it's nice to have a husband who knows his way around the kitchen!

Thank you so much for supporting Madonna. So many people just want to tear her down and attack her for doing something good. (Also Angelina Jolie.) When the children she has adopted grow up, I am sure they will be glad that they were able to have a family and everything else they needed. She also has the resources to keep them connected with their birth family if that is desired, which most people may not. And she has done that. While her adopted son, David, did have loving family members, he was still living in an orphanage. Every child should have at least one adult to love them and protect them. For all the people that attack Madonna and Angelina, I wonder what they are doing to help children in need.

If David Copperf***k ever does a reunion tour... I am so there.
And I love the idea of them opening up your show... maybe you could even do a spoken word voice over to the punky sounds of Molly's band... perhaps you could tour with her! David Cooperf***k featuring MFG...the possibilities are endless!

I just finished reading No Biking, which led me to search out and read There's No Me Without You which I'm halfway through right now. Both are very well written, very thought provoking and make me want to adopt from Ethiopia right now! Your family is very beautiful.

When on stage in high school as a (bad) actress, the night before a performance I would dream that I forgot my lines. Of course I never did. Anxiety is such a slippery mind snake, and it seems to somehow be able to slither its way into the very remotest parts of our psyche. Sometimes waking up is such an awesome relief. Everybody who read There Is No Me Without You is salivating to open your new release, and I am sure would do whatever they had to do to get a ticket to see you speak. Thank you for writing and sharing your life's experiences. You are a gift, Melissa! Go to sleep tonight knowing your readers are grateful. Rest well.
